Terms governing managed IT services, cybersecurity support, and technology consulting engagements.
By engaging Blue Technology Group, LLC, you agree to the terms applicable to the technology services described in your proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. Services may include managed IT support, network administration, cybersecurity services, cloud services, consulting, and related support functions.
Blue Technology Group, LLC will provide services in accordance with agreed timelines and service commitments, subject to timely client cooperation, access, approvals, and information. Delays caused by third-party vendors, client-side constraints, or force majeure events may impact delivery dates.
Client agrees to pay all fees specified in the applicable agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, invoices are due according to the terms shown on the invoice. Blue Technology Group, LLC may suspend services for materially overdue balances after providing notice as allowed by contract.
Client is responsible for providing accurate information, required system access, and authorized points of contact. Client represents it has rights to all systems, software, and data provided for service use. Blue Technology Group, LLC is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate instructions or unauthorized client-provided materials.
Either party may terminate services as described in the governing agreement. Upon termination, Blue Technology Group, LLC will coordinate reasonable transition support and finalize billable work performed up to the effective termination date, consistent with contract terms.
